"Had dolbier clean my carpets last year and was not satisfied but put it down to tired carpet.. No wand marks to be seen anywhere carpet left too wet and felt crispy/hard… Not wanting to think bad about People again I put it down to my carpet….. Just had the carpet cleaned again by another company and it looks brand new wand marks Covering the entire carpet soft and fluffy feeling I can only surmise they wet the carpet turned on the machine and sat and did nothing. I would not recommend this company for carpet Cleaning.."

"Excellent service!! 5 guys showed up in 5 trucks 5 hours after I spoke with them and they sucked 150 gallons of water out of my carpet and left an industrial dehumidifier with 5 fans. Gone in 1 hour!! Even sprayed an anti bacterial anti mold agent. If you have a flood or a leak... CALL THEM!!"

"Dolbier submitted an 18-page estimate based on soot damage to my home. In reviewing it, I posed my questions and they were answered promptly and with professionalism. They "looked forward to earning my business" and they were our preferred provider. The next day I received a call saying "we can't do you justice" and were rude. We were working with insurance which I imagine most of you are following a home disaster. We are now soot-free after hiring a competent restoration servcies company. I write this as a cautionary review. Dolbier boasted about being the most expensive in town. I never got to experience their high prices but they were the most arrangant."

"I just had a very good Oriental rug cleaned by Dolbier. It had a very bad odor that other rug cleaners.were unable to eliminate. The rug came back from Dolbier fresh as a rose. I love.this rug and now I can use it in my home. Thank you, Dolbier, for a difficult job well done."
