"Racist do not shop here if you’re black the ladies kept watching me only spoke to those who were their own ethnicity Rude and kept watching me. Terrible experience I’m reporting this business for discrimination"
"I would give 0 stars if I could. They’re racist and discriminatory and have the worst customer service I have ever seen. My mother picked out 2 pairs of shoes to buy and had to put them down and leave because the staff lady was so rude and nasty. So they lost a sale, but gained this review. Good for them, I suppose. I hope a store can sustain itself on negative reviews and poor customer service instead of money, for their own sake, of course. The woman in question was old, wearing a nude long sleeved shirt, black skinny jeans, and had her hair up with the claw clip. From the very moment I stepped into the store, she was rude. She had a nasty look on her face and didn’t greet anyone. Which is fine, I wouldn’t really care as long as she wasn’t outwardly rude (but this was too difficult of a task for her). I wouldn’t have felt compelled to write a review warning others about going here if she hadn’t acted the way she did. As my mother was walking to the front to check out, the woman started SCREAMING at my mom about the “mess” we made in the aisle. Mind you, she started yelling at my mom (South Asian woman who wears a hijab and speaks limited English) when she was alone. As soon as I heard the commotion, I left the aisle I was in to go see what was going on. I asked the woman for her name and she goes “why do you need to know my name?” (Because I was going to mention you by name in the review, but no worries my descriptive skills are up to snuff). I asked her why she was making a fuss and she said that we made a mess (we didn’t) claiming we were the only ones in the aisle (lady, get real. I literally saw someone walking out of the aisle as I was walking in). As soon as she realized I wasn’t going to let this slide, she stopped talking. I had my mom put the shoes down and we left. My mother even wanted to put the shoes back where she found them, but I didn’t let her because what the hell lady? You had no right being so nasty. Even if we DID make the mess (which we DIDN’T), is it not in your job description to clean and organize the store? I’m sure it is. Is yelling at customers for no reason in the job description? I highly doubt it. And it was ONE pair of shoes that were on the floor and not in their place. Such an extreme overreaction for simply having to do her job! Dear god! Why are you at work if you can't handle the bare minimum required of you? Such foolishness. I am not one to leave reviews. But do not go to this store. My South Asian brothers and sisters, do not let your parents go into this store. They’re going to treat the people who raised you like second class citizens. Like criminals. And to whoever owns this store, that woman who interacted with us should not be at a job where she interacts with customers. She does not have the skills, personality, or training for it. I don’t understand how she is allowed to work with the general public. Jamaica Ave has a plethora of other stores where you can buy shoes. No need to subject yourself to ridicule while you're shopping. Fabco Corporate, reach out to me. I would love to have an in depth discussion with you about this racist and discriminatory incident."
"I’m amazed on how these people treat their customers! I literally asked an older lady in about her late 40s about what shoe I need, extremely disrespectful, and to top that off she was yelling at her employees! I won’t be shopping here if I’m gonna get an attitude while shopping. I’d give this place a 1, but they have pretty nice shoes, so I’ll give it a 2."
"I like shopping here with my daughter, they have nice footwear for children. I like that she knows what she likes & don't like. She says they footwear is comfortable & she likes the girly designs some of them have. Prices are very reasonsble as well"
"They have great shoes, sneakers and boots in all sizes plus they also have umbrellas for children, purses for women and kids shoes or sneaker for children. They also have costumes for Halloween that's coming this month in 30 days, so come on down to shop til you drop with friends and families. And remember to bring kids cause halloween is just around the corner."
