"I do not give out 5 star reviews because there's always room for improvement. But, when I say that Morgan Properties removed the Anxiety from moving, I mean this with with my whole heart. I'm a air force vet and now have moved almost 20 times total. This has been one of my top 3 moves, Easily. The process was smooth, and seamless. My unit was so clean that when I began cleaning after move in, I felt that it was useless because of its current cleanliness. Mariah and Michael were the two reps who helped me. They smiled so much during the process I began to be skeptical, but shortly realized that they truly were happy or at least content with working here. I'm truly grateful, and I thoroughly endorse this company."

"I had a great experience renting from this apartment company Mallard Glen. I was not a digital person however I was able to pay my rent on line, get my receipt, make my deposit. I also got a welcome gifts. My (leasing Agent/Manager Shauna Green made me feel calm in the process and let me know what the next step’s in the rental process . Starting and ending with the same agent made me feel good. I like that her staff was very friendly , and I was so happy and thankful all my interactions good and privacy was very important to me.
