"I have lived here for over a year so far and have no plans to move out any time soon. First, you can't beat the location with it being so close to uptown, NoDa, Plaza Midwood, and only a short drive to South End. Second, you have Optimist Hall right across the street for people who don't cook a lot, like me. Third and lastly, even though the construction quality could be a tad bit better, the finishes are very nice and the apartments have great features and finishes. Alton hosts 4-5 monthly events that are always a hit and has great amenities for every day living. Cassandra, Kayla, and Tarynne in the leasing office have all been very helpful since I moved in with simple requests/issues and transferring units mid-lease. It's a great place to live!"

"Do not live here! They do not care about safety or their residents and only want your money. My girlfriend’s car along with several others were broken into because the gate to the garage was broken for weeks. Management did not care at all and turned a blind eye. Also, the noise is horrendous whether it be from construction, the train, or cars. I also agree with earlier posts about the front office ladies being condescending and unfriendly. Terrible experience here!!"

"The blonde and the brunette young woman at the front desk are some of the rudest people I have ever met. Multiple times I come in and say hello or goodbye and get nothing in return. Whenever I ask questions it seems like I’m a bother to them from picking there heads up from there cell phones. Where did basic communication skills go to. Management really should have a talk with the girls at the front they are horrible"

"Horrible smells like URINE all the time, the staff Cassidy and Kayla are passive aggressive and RUDE more worried about parking then the building smelling like pee also instead of worrying about the parking, they should be worried about the dog poop in the Dog AREA no one monitors it and they could care less when mentioned. The road noise on either side you can hear all night as the windows were not treated correctly no peace while trying to sleep!!!! Even with all that being said, if the two women that worked here were decent and nice it may make a small difference but they are RUDE and condescending!!!!!!"

"I’ve only lived here for 1 month but I absolutely love it here. The application process is definitely a process but once that’s complete and you’re in, it’s a great apartment to live at. The girls up front are amazing. They are always so nice and happy to help. They’re great at their job and seem to really enjoy it and they’re also great to my pets showing them lots of love. I have a 2 bedroom and it’s very spacious with all new appliances. I love my walk in shower and the closets are very large. I love the doggy park out front. I’ve had no issues with any parking. I truly do love it here!"
