"If you like having your car broken into and management doing nothing to prevent it then this is the place for you. Car theft and break ins has been rampant in this community over the past few weeks and nothing has been done to address it. I counted at least three cars with broken windows this morning in the “secured” garage. Where are residents supposed to park if a gated parking structure isn’t safe? Where is the security patrol? Why are there no security cameras in the parking areas if vandals keep breaking in? I have lived in this apartment complex for a year and a half, there’s been ebbs and flows with the new management, endless renovations, broken elevators, hoax fire alarms, etc. but this is unacceptable. If you’re paying top dollar to live in “luxury” apartments, then the minimum expectation would be for the place to be secure. The management of this place clearly cares about collecting rent every month and sending obnoxious reminders. But does not care about their residents' safety or property. Additionally, they have also started renting out apartments on Airbnb. Letting in strangers into your community, if you live here, make sure that your doors are always locked. The reviews and score for this place are also biased and unreliable since they have recurring gift card drawings in exchange for reviews."

"I have lived here for 5+ years now and have generally had a wonderful experience. Gym, game room, club room, pool were all beautifully updated Jan 2023. Hardwood floors installed in all hallways, fresh paint, etc. Repairs are handled quickly, staff is very friendly, and 2 or 3 community activities are held each month. The location cannot be beat, and is within walking distance to almost anything anyone would need (greenway, Target, Best Buy, doctor's offices, 19 restaurants, Light Rail Gold Line, etc). I highly recommend Midtown 205."
