"The location and views are some of the best in uptown Charlotte, but that's the easy part for the Reed. The hard part is making an apartment building/complex feel like a community or that you are cared about as a resident and the staff here have done an amazing job at just that. Every resident I've spoken to while living here shares that same praise and it has been legitimately shocking to consistently hear such great things about an apartment building. Good show, RangeWater and the Reed!"

"Leaving an honest review for someone who considering this place. It's absolutely gorgeous, but not as clean as it should be. I would have stayed, but they allow dog owners to allow their pets to poop in the hallways, garage, and elevators, and concierge is asked to clean it up. Especially in the winter or when it's raining and the pet owners don't want to take the dog outside. The idea of stepping in it and tracking it into my apartment became too much to bear, so I ended my lease. But on days like this where I could be watching the Panthers game from my living room makes me wish mgmt had taken the cleanliness more seriously. Or at least build a pet relief station in the garage so lazy pet owners can properly take care of their pets, and non-pet owners can truly enjoy the property."

"I've been living here for 1 month and my AC has been broken ever since I moved in. Maintainence has been in and out of my apartment almost every weekday for the past 3 weeks not having solved the issue while my wife attempts to work from home. All I'm given is excuses and to top it all off, after me repeatedly asking for a call back I never receive one. This is by far the worst apartment complex I've lived in and to add to it, you usually have 1 elevator at least two to three times a week for almost 11 floors of apartments. I could go on about how they randomly canceled my lease before I moved in, the leaking window that hasn't been addressed, or even the IT closet breaker that needs to be fixed but save yourself the trouble and don't move in here."

"This review is purely for Leo who is part of the management and maintenance staff. He always went above and beyond during my two year stay at the Reed, and Leo became someone I trusted and could confide in! That’s the kind of person he is; he always took an interest in my life and made sure I was taken care of. Leo is a great staff member of the Reed but an even better person, and I cannot thank him enough! Thanks Leo."

"We are excited to move in! Lauren has been an absolute pleasure. She is very attentive and is representing this establishment well. The location, views, and units are absolutely beautiful. Once we move in, we will provide an update. As if now we are so happy and excited! Update: We have lived here going on 1 month and we love it!! Everything from the location, views, staff and concierge! They even do weekly events that we actually want to participate in. It's certainly a luxury community and you will not regret it. It's our most favorite place we've lived! Just the views alone are immaculate. The leasing staff, cleaning team, and maintenance (Leo) are all nice and take great care of the community and the residents. This place has me reconsidering buying because we can't give up this view and the amenities!"
