"This apartment allows vendors who have criminal records (owner of SnL Recovery is a convict) to service their property. They are heavily known for predatory towing. You will be towed at some point even if you are on the 7th floor of the garage in guest parking (it makes sense to pay a hundred more a month for a complex with better parking amenities than to be towed once a quarter). Once you get towed, if they damage your car (as they did mine), the apartment will not hold their vendor accountable for repairing it. Do not expect to have responsible staff or a "homey" living situation here. Backstory: My truck was towed from the 7th floor and SnL towing damaged the truck on the way out of the garage. The apartment complex and towing company refuses to take responsibility (even though the damage occurred on their property)."

"MAA has its pros and cons as any apartment complex but the staff makes it all worth it! I’ve been a resident here for 3 years so I’ve seen a lot of staff turnover. Jenna is by far the best leasing manager you’ll ever come across. I lost a package once and she helped me go through every option to find it, I had an issue with another resident and she went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue with the best communication throughout the process, and I was questioning resigning here she went out of her way to fix the issues I had to convince me to stay. Her empathy and kindness towards her residents does not go unnoticed and MAA is so lucky to have her. We love you Jenna!"

"The current staff is definitely one of the perks of living here! Jenna in the office is incredibly organized, personable, and very helpful with any issue that has come up. The maintenance workers respond quickly to work orders, are very polite, and are always willing to sit and explain any concerns with you."

"Parking garage has frequent car break-ins with multiple cars stolen. If you live on the first floor the floor will flood and leasing will say there is nothing they can do. Finding Cockroaches in your apartment is almost a daily occurrence. Good location though. Overall too expensive for what you get."

"This place is disgusting and rundown. Thats why its so cheap. Go to other apartments in the area. They are ten times nicer. Might cost a bit more but way nicer. Where do i begin: 1. Supposed to have grills but unfortunately there's no propane to use them. Been tagged out of service for months. 2. Disgusting. This isn't totally on the apartment but people let their dogs pee and poop wherever. Again not apartments fault but it will literally sit there for a week or two or maybe three. They don't clean the hallways. I've seen dried dog urine stay on the hall floors for weeks and fog poop in the stairwells. Before renting please take a tour through the stairwells again. 3. This hand print mess has been on the elevator doors for well over 2 years now. Have no clue what it is but I can't believe it's been on the outside of the elevator that long. 4. Pizza boxes and trash: Don't just look at the apartments explore the stairwells. You'll find cigarette butts, pizza boxes, empty beer bottles, and a heck of a lot of other stuff. 5. Place is supposed to be smoke free but they have cigarette disposals in the parking deck. I'm all for that bit if you advertised as 100% smoke free then why would you have those in the parking deck? 6. They supposedly have delivery lockers. When I first moved in I paid a fee to use these lockers to have packages delivered securely. Other apartment buildings I've been in didn't even charge for this. They had plenty of lockers. A few months after moving in though the apartment complex MAA decided that they would no longer allow amazon delivery to use the lockers. I assume because there just was not enough space. They do have a whole hallway where they could put in more lockers. I've had multiple friends who never received their packages. Me included. 7. Safety: This exit door was boarded up for well over three months. Pretty sure that's a safety hazard and goes against fire code. Shouldn't take three months to replace a door. 8. Nasty: There was a kitty litter box in the parking deck. Not empty, literally full and not withjust kitty litter. As in litter and used. Stayed there for a month or more until it kept getting runover. Stay away from this place if you can. I'm telling you it's disgusting."
