"I love living at the Calvert. The maintenance supervisor, DeWayne is beyond helpful and so nice. My dog absolutely loves him. He always has treats for her. He even put my spare tire on for me this morning because I had a flat. I can't thank him enough!"

"I was the very first resident to move into The Calvert while they were still under construction. I moved from NY and had to have an apartment earlier then they were expecting residents to move in, they kindly allowed me an early move in and were so helpful through out the process. I have now lived here for about 9 months and I really don’t have one complaint. It’s the perfect size so it’s not noisy and the layout and style of the units are beautiful. They are always doing resident events to bring people together with food and cocktails. It’s also right next to a park so perfect for pets and close to just about everything you want to do in Charlotte. I highly recommend this complex."
