"This was me and my girlfriends first day coming into Charlotte NC to look at apartments to move into. This was our second place on the list and I have to say it was horrible. Let’s start with no greetings. She came up to us asking questions about what we were looking for, when we were looking to move in but it was not welcoming at all. Oh yes, we were sitting there for an entire 30 minutes. JUST HORRIBLE! They need to change those leasing office ladies who work there because the way they conduct business is horrible. 0/5. She didn’t even come with us on the tour, the maintenance guy opened the door for us to look inside. I don’t recommend anyone to come stay here. If they act like this at the time of the tour then how do you think it’ll be once you move in?"
