"My husband and I have been here over 5 years now, since T&T still owned the place. We have been through multiple owners and are very pleased with the current ones! The management office is open to ideas for improvement, we are so happy to have the dog area! The maintenance team actually comes out and does work, which seems basic but given our previous owners is a big upgrade. Since the current owners have taken over we have been happy with living at Colonial Village."

"When I lived in building 11 on the bottom floor, water constantly came up through the floor! All they did was give me a dehumidifier. I moved out for my own safety because I knew there was mold with all the water under the laminate flooring constantly. Also, there were leaks in the walls and in the ceilings. There was also a huge moldy spot on the wall that maintenance just wanted to paint over instead of replacing the drywall. And when water came through the ceiling of my bathroom and was sagging about to crumble down I had to bug them constantly to get them to replace it. Since maintenance wouldn't do it the property manager had to get her husband to come replace it. Colonial Village are the worst apartments I've lived in (out of many) Honestly, these apartments should be condemned."

"This is the 2nd time this sinkhole has opened up, we were told they will only be opening the other exit to our apartment when they go to “fix” this , they think it is safe to drive on…the other potholes in the road we were told before we moved in were in the process of being fixed that was 5 months ago….the sinkhole is unsafe to drive right beside we have children including a teenage driver we also have to drive when it’s dark for our jobs.This is what over $1200 a month (3 bedrooms) gets you!!!"
