"I'm new maintenance for this property and I promise it will be a turnaround. And the next 2-3 months..."
"Car was about to be towed yet I was a tenant at the time. Was not given a resident sticker for my car, and forgot to park in visitor parking. Tow man wouldn't believe me and had my family pay out over $200. Dangerous area. Tires are slashed, egged. I was nearly kidnapped here even. Do NOT move here if you can help it. Very loud music at all times and tenants fuss often resulting in elderly losing hours even days of much needed rest. The place DESPERATELY needs new Management asap that is there 8-5, M-F, and is helping build back the community!!!!"
"Property manager rarely on site. Tenants break and bend the rules. Neighbors are nosey and try to be in everybody's business but they own. People throw down trash on the ground instead of a trash can or dumpster. The laundry room is rarely cleaned."
"These apartments are not managed well at all. The complex has had so many issues that no one will even deliver a pizza out here anymore. The female site manager is rarely in the office so many of the tenants bend and break the rules without ever worrying about being discovered by this lax management. It makes it a horrible place to live with people allowing their dogs to bark all night and day---are these dogs even approved here?? Their guests stay on continuously instead of having to be added to the lease and charged rent. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. The actual apartments are old and outdated and again---management does not see the drug deals, the numerous people who are breaking their leases with drugs, dogs, overnight guests who never leave and smoking inside their apartment. AVOID this place that time and management have forgotten."
