"Frank the maintenance guy is extremely rude for no reason. I'm kind to him but he's rude in return. I think it's a racial issue. Either way you have no right to be rude to customers. If you hate your job, get another one. Don't be a jerk !!"
"Avoid management after failure to comply to any request. I would suggest forming community groups for town hall meetings to get through any red tape issues that might arise for maintenance/mold/insect issues. BEST OF LUCK"
"Applying to this place is a waste of time. $60 down the drain. They don't respond to applicants, you have to chase them down. The one time I got someone on the phone the lady Ruby who is in charge of approving applications was extremely rude! I hope management reads this and gets someone better in charge."
"I do not recommend for anyone to rent from here or if you do I hope you have a lot of time on your hand to move in. The lack of communication here is ridiculous. They will not call you to let you know anything, you have to call them to get answers and that’s if they answer the phone. They acted like they didn’t even want us to move in at all. I recommend that they get rid of Rosa she is the worst of them all. Every time I called I got an attitude from her. She would transfer me to someone else to talk to."
"I went to finish up my move in payment today, and Jose was very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything ready to move in tomorrow. He will be a great asset to the community he's bilingual and helped my roommate who speaks mostly Spanish."
