"I spent two years here, don’t do it. Horribly unorganized money hungry company with no desire to cater to tenants. Roaches everywhere, broken dishwasher and A/C without any response from maintenance. Not to mention no response from the manager after months of me trying to get contact. I closed my lease and they’re still trying to get me to pay them."

"I couldn’t have picked a better place to move! The new team is amazing, we got everything figured out even after our original apartment didn’t work out. Summer was an angel! And Caleb was also amazing, he got us set up and helped a great deal with keeping us level headed since this is our first apartment. It was very welcoming in the office with snacks and water. Just an all around better experience than we experienced when we first applied with the other team. We really felt like they cared about how we felt and how our apartment was set up! Can’t wait to make memories here in my new place (:"

"I have lived at the Lofts of Wilm for over 2 years now, just signed my 3rd lease. I really love it here. Sharice, the Asst Manager, is always sweet, professional, and attentive to any questions or needs. I rarely have issues at my place, but when I do, they take of them expeditiously. I just had my A/C stop cooling, and Rodney came immediately after I called and took care of it. He is always working hard around the complex. Since he lives on site, you often see him walking his dog and checking on things on the property. I feel safe knowing he is around. Managers have come and gone during the time I have been here, but Sharice and Rodney are amazing constants at the complex. Thank you for all your hard work Sharice and Rodney!"

"We signed our lease. Within a week of move in date, it took several emails and over a dozen calls to finally reach someone to get basic information, electric, internet, etc. Finally located leasing office through Google upon arrival and received horrible customer service. We were given excuses for the phones not being answered and our welcome packet “fell though the cracks”. And was told I could not receive my keys until I paid and due to negligence on behalf of Lofts, my account had been verified that day. When we arrived at the “newly renovated” apartment, nails and staples were in and on the floors and stairs, blinds were broken, shower was dirty and drain cover not secure, fan for stove doesn’t work and there was construction debris all over the apartment. Everything seems to have been painted over for the new renovation. Since move in we have had roaches and fleas inside and outside though we are required to pay a pest prevention fee monthly. I have had to attempt to treat these issues myself out of my own pocket. The laundry area, grills and community area are not maintained. The “pet park” smells so bad I smell it in my apartment. There are no poop bags and trash receptacles are full. This place is overpriced, there is no communication from the company. Look else where if you want to live comfortably. These people are just taking peoples money."

"I lived here for 2 years and the first year and a half-ish was great. In fact, I would have probably rated the complex 5 stars. Management was awesome, maintenance was great and I never had any issues. However, unfortunately when the complex was bought out and under new management the quality of living seemed to have really decreased. When the weather started to get warmer nearing summer time, I started having some issues with my A/C unit. My unit was accessed and I was told that the filter was just not getting cleaned properly and was instructed on how to do so. A month or 2 later, I started noticing mold developing and it had to be treated twice in order to really take care of it. They also had given me a dehumidifer owned by the property and I was told it needs to be ran continuously and also to keep my a/c unit at about 67 degrees in order to keep the moisture down and prevent the mold. Both of those things did help keep the mold away, however it was my second summer at this complex and I never had any mold or humidity issues before this. I'm no maintenance expert, but to me it seems my a/c unit was not working properly and really my apartment needed a new unit. Having the dehumidifier also doubled my electric bill for the 2+ months I had to have it in my apartment and I did have a bit of a difficult time getting management to understand why I wanted to be compensated for the extra expense of the electric bill. Going through everything from when the entire issue began was fairly frustrating and even through it was eventually handled, it never felt like the mold issue was taken seriously, especially for health purposes. This complex is separated away from the location where the leasing office is and to me it just feels like it's the "forgotten about" location. The cute loft apartment that I once loved living in became the place I couldn't wait to leave unfortunately. Hopefully it improves!"
