"Toured the property today, well kept and good rates. My leasing consultant Broderick was amazing! Knowledgeable and welcoming."
"This company will lie and try to squeeze you out of as much money as possible. I tried to break my lease in October and I gave 60 day notice. They told me I was not able to break the lease and I would have pay the remainder. Now 2 months later after I have already paid most of my 2 months rent (they wouldn’t let me pay the remaining 11 days bc they told me breaking the lease wasn’t an option) now they are charging me for another 2 months of “accelerated rent” to break the lease and charging me for things I already mentioned being messed up when I took over the lease. Every time I try to contact them now they avoid my calls and emails."
"Just wanted to say That Jennifer ,Cindy & Ana Has been doing an outstanding job with assisting me through this Time they have been very generous and polite over the phone and when I arrived earlier today I felt Welcomed The Gentlemen who set up my appointment today over the phone was also polite am I am happy to be Joining this community with their staff and the hospitality & Generosity,"
"I’ve lived here for almost two years my front two door broke in august and no one has came to fix it after calling over and over and putting in numerous maintenance request. Since my doors broken I’ve been paying nearly $200 a month in electricity to keep my apartment warm and still nothing has been done. In September my bathroom door completely split in half and again I put in numerous maintenance request and called the office almost daily and it is still broken! I can’t even have people over at my apartment because everything is broken. I really did enjoy living here but them not fixing important things for months has completely ruined my experience. No one has responded to my emails and no one has been able to help me or confirm when these r going to get fixed"
"I find it so crazy that this apartment is meant for students yet they charge RIDICULOUSLY high fees for nothing. This place is disgusting. I would have never moved in if I wasn’t desperate for a place at the time. The pool never opened the 7 months I lived there. The trash was always over filled. Roaches everywhere. The women that works in the office was rude and inconsiderate during my move out. (Nothing against anyone else that works in the office) I was charged $900 for absolutely nothing. $75 for a bag of trash being left that wasn’t mine? $400 for a carpet that was already disgusting and ruined? And other charges that make absolutely no sense. I subleased so the apartment was already in bad condition. My family came in town to help clean up before I moved out. We got the apartment in better condition then when I moved in…."
