"Took my pup out and there were no bags at the pet station, I told the maintenance manager, Jason and within ten minutes he called to let me know they were replenished and the bag changed for the bin. Love this place!"

"The apartments themselves are nice and spacious. Although the other day I was told not to smoke on my balcony so I did not. In fact I did not spend the night at my home even. At 1 the leasing manager came to my apartment and said people below complained and about it again and she said the other day she came in and saw my patio and I said okay well it won’t happen again I told her I was not home and had not even gone on my patio. Then she asked well can I see it I’m like yeah it looks the same as yesterday she then says you really need to stop when she comes in and I told her look I told you I did not smoke here last night and it is unfair to be accused of something that I did not do after her warning. It is not a comfortable feeling having someone in my home that is treating me like a liar. For that reason I’m highly unsatisfied with this apartment and have never of my 5 years of living in apartments I have never been treated like this."

"The apartments are nice. The staff is awesome. Trash pickup can be a little finicky. We signed six month leases since we were looking for a home and we were not warned that there would be a 10% increase every 6 months, so it got pretty expensive. If you did that for 7 years, your rent would be over $10,000/ month. So not sure of that policy. Over all a decent experience though."

"Best apartment experience ever! Janelle is amazing, very accommodating and helpful; Michelle was incredible throughout the leasing process, made it all a very easy process for me and my pups. This is also a great neighborhood, so many apartment communities have issues with car break-ins, loud neighbors and the cops on-site constantly; my neighbors were amazing, there are kids outside playing in the community all the time, it’s a very family friendly community, and super pet friendly!"

"I lived with my partner in these apartments for 3 years. I also happened to work as a leasing agent for the apartments for a year. And I can say that the team here is amazing and do all they can for the tenants. Joey is the lead, is always willing to help, even go far above and beyond for everyone. Janelle is the new manager of the apartments, not only is she the kindest person but she is willing to help with any circumstance. Their team, Michelle (leasing agent) Mario and David (maintenance) and Amanda (Cleaner) are awesome. They work together to solve every problem. Are the apartments perfect, no, but they try to maintain them. Which is hard when there is 336 units and multiple buildings to keep clean on a daily basis. Its unrealistic to think that everything is going to stay immaculate always. So things people complain about is just unreasonable. They have a small team that has to keep up with hundreds of people, some of which are very disrespectful to their own community. It's apartment living, you are going to hear your neighbors sometimes, but its a great area, a good location and pretty amazing apartments. They are spacious, good layouts with not to terrible price for the rising rates of apartments."
