Pressley Ridge Apartments

"Christopher is a liar. He works in the front office and should be fired. He told me that they had a three bedroom apartment available. I immediately went to go get a a cashier check for the application fee & the admin fee. He said he would call me in the morning. Needless to say he never called. I had to keep calling him. Then on the third day he tells me that ...They have no apartments available and don't know when they will have some availability."

"Tried to drop a friend off after work about 10p.m. a raggedy white car came screaming up beside my husband claiming to be security. We complied and were polite but when they refused to identify themselves and pulled a gun with a minor in the car we took off. We can only guess they are pretending to be security and robbing people!! Be careful. They pulled guns when we asked them for identification! We talked to cmpd and made a report. Be careful"

"Needed battery changed in the smoke detector, and a few other minor maintenance issues fixed, told the office about my issues, the day after I moved in. A, week went my and the alarm was still chirping, called the office and left a voicemail, did not call back, and never showed up. Waited another week, called the office and left a voicemail message. Never called back and never fixed the problems. It has taken me a month to get them to change the battery. They never did any of the other repairs."

"Nasty staff. They do not know how to talk or how to treat people. They security guards are very crooked. Rent is to high for the crime in this apartment complex. They steal both resident's and staff. Staff play favorites and let a lot of wrong people move in and get away with things. They also slap on unfair fees 200 -500 or more with out proof of what you are being accused of. They do not give you time to pay. It's either pay or get out. This has been nothing but a nightmare. They stressed me out to the point I got sick. They have a ant, roach/waterbug,bed bug problem. I keep a very clean apartment. And still have to pay for these unwanted pest. They do have people to come out to take care of this but not much is done when they do. And always have to come out because job not done correctly. They put gel in the kitchen and bathroom and gone in two minutes. The guys that come fix things do a half job or don't come out at all but report they did. All I can say is STAY AWAY!!!"

"If you try to decorate outside for any holiday or just to try to make your apartment look good, the kids that run wild around will tear them up and laugh as they run away. The gutters in my building have not been cleaned out since I moved in here over four years ago now looks like plants are growing in them,"
