"Great location tucked into a nice neighborhood, the customer service is amazing and they are all very friendly as well as responsive to any maintenance needs. Noise levels depend on your neighbors, the walls seem a bit thin with being able to hear normal conversations easily from the people above/below/beside you. If you are sensitive to noise then beware, especially if you have the balcony off of your room. You will hear everything."

"I love living here. Super affordable. No one bothers us. Very quiet. Lawn care is kept up very regularly. If I ever have an issue, maintenance shows up in a decent time manner. Never have had a bug issue (besides ants and bees outside but can’t really do much about that. Nothing to really cry about) all in all I am and have been very pleased this far!!"

"Cable is no longer included. Most units do not have dishwashers or bathroom fans. Pool is full of annoying old drunk farts that think they are hilarious and cool. Laundry facility is usually quiet at night but you have to load money on to a card whenever the office is open. The photo below is showing how thieves broke into the laundry area and ripped a flat screen out of the wall. They also broke the vending machine. Anyways, this place is really old and desperately needs rennavation. If you have noisy neighbors that deal drugs (you will) management will do NOTHING about it. They kept their front door open all the time and gave us roaches which took 2 months to get rid of. Bugs still get in a lot because place is very poorly sealed. Any bug problem you have will be considered your fault when really they know they have roaches and bed bugs. Bed bugs are in every building. This has not changed nor will it ever change. That's why you sign a paper saying that you pay the price for extermination if you get bed bugs. It's rigged so you have to pay for pest control that is supposed to be their responsibility. Some black mold on the bathroom window when I moved in and paint job is an attempt to cover up for the cabinets and walls having seen much better days. After the first week of you moving in they will not help you with replacing anything that they are supposed to take care of. Ghetto messy people around but still a somewhat safe area. Right next to the Greenway and plenty of shops and restaurants so you can escape being inside the place you leased and blow money on other things to try and forget about where you live. (And forget how this is one of your biggest mistakes ever) If you just need a place to crash from being drunk and wasted this will work for you. But if you want a place that is nice, comfortable, clean and company worthy then definitely pass on this place. This is a place for people that do not have their life together at all. Maintenance is worthless and useless. When they do finally come they halfway do everything if not make issues worse. Either way, can't wait to get out of here!"
