"Wouldn’t recommend living here unless you want to live in bug/worm infestation and have the leasing office do absolutely nothing about it. Corporate won’t return your call either. It’s been over 2 weeks of my apartment being covered in worms and nothing being done after calling multiple times."

"Parking is terrible. Especially for the residents. Do not get an apartment near the pool. You will have to park at other apartments building they let guest park In residential parking. And it’s complicated to get a parking spot especially if you have groceries to carry. But they have parking passes for handicapped, smh. Staff promise parking passes and its been over 2 years. You can’t never speak to the regional manager, she don’t exist when it comes to the residents wanting to speak to her. I pay way to much money to have to park at buildings i don’t even live in and have to walk buildings over just to get to my building. Sometimes handicapped are the only parking spot available but you still cant park there. They don’t care if the next parking spot 3 buildings over from your apartment , you still going to have to walk. To much money for the apartment but no where to park."

"The staff is amazing but I worked with Brittany mostly and I just want to say friendly, professional and so helpful with trying to move my son in two weeks w minimal time she made this transition smoothly for me! Not only did she help before we arrived but was amazing on arrival for keys and info to the property. Even walked over a package to us the day before we arrived! Brittany thank you for making this an amazing experience! You are amazing! Your management should be proud to have you as an employee and representing them as the first impression of the property! Also, the place is also beautiful, quiet and comforting knowing my son is in a great area! Now mama is enjoying the beautiful pool area all day:)"

"Trying to find a nice place after my home sold was more difficult than I thought. I saw the construction of The Groves at Peach Orchard and stopped in to inquire. Brittany was amazing! She took me on a tour of the various apartments and I found exactly what I needed! The property and my apartment is amazing! My neighbors are great. The proximity to Charlotte and being minutes from Gastonia is a plus. I would highly recommend The Groves at Peach Orchard to anyone!"

"Really nice apartment and the community is quiet. Ladies in the office always pleasant and friendly. The Community has a wide variety of people but we all seem to get along and it’s amazing. Of course you’re living in an apartment so every now and then you do hear your neighbors but I definitely would not want to live anywhere else. The only downside is the community next-door is not as kept up so if you’re out walking you will notice a difference. However even then it’s nice that both communities connect and have lots of sidewalks throughout."
