"We stopped by this hotel during family Christmas trip. The hotel is very quiet and clean. Staffs are super friendly and incredible."

"It's a little bit hard to find the dead end street it's on, but it looks like new construction in the area so that's understandable. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. My only issue was the bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. It either needs to be tightened on the hinges or shaved off on the bottom. I reported it the morning after my first night and the front desk clerk said they'll fix it, but 3 days later when I'm checking out it's still not fixed. They offered another room but I declined because it's too much of a hassle to repack everything. Room and beds were clean. Towels a little stiff, maybe need some fabric softener."

"EXTREMELY overpriced. Night stand on only one side of beds so your glasses, phone, drink etc. have to be set on floor. Obnoxious forest scene on interior window shade. Showers aren’t comfortable nor easy to use. Corners were definitively cut when it came to interior budget."

"This is my 'GO-TO' place to stay whenever I'm Charlotte. It's very clean and well-lit inside and out. However, there is nothing to eat within walking distance, but there's something being built in the empty lot next to it - let's hope it's a Cracker Barrel or maybe a Texas Roadhouse..."

"Stayed there for a few weeks for work & I can’t rave over the staff enough! Kelly was consistently fantastic & Matt saved the day a several times. The breakfast guy worked steadily, diligently & friendly day after day, & the breakfast was great. Sweet front desk lady w/ braids gets a helpful shout out too. (I’d misspell your name if I tried.) The other crew members & housekeeping staff were all helpful, positive & hardworking. Thank you all for creating a home away from home."
