Villas at Marlin Bay

"The Villas at Marlin Bay are overall a very good place to live. Maintenance is relatively quick to fix issues and the property manager Brittany is very friendly and good at communication. She remembers her tenants very well which is nice. I will say our apartment has had a couple of different issues with leaks, etc but that is to be expected with older apartments. I do like the food trucks that come weekly during the summer!"

It is a quiet community and family friendly. If you are looking for a safe, quiet and comfortable living, then you should visit and make this your new home. The apartments are spacious. In my master bedroom I was able to fit a king size bed, dresser and chest with plenty of room to walk around. Good vibes only!"

If you am looking for a place to rent, Villas is it. The units are clean, well maintained and the property managers work hard to resolve issues immediately. The units are spacious, carpets are clean and the fitness area is well maintained. The ownership has changed since we moved in but the transition was smooth and included a bonus for residents. The area is safe and I couldn’t be happier."
