"We sold our house and needed a place to live while in transition to another home. We signed a 1 year lease and lived at Revere in Lake Wylie, SC. Staff members were always helpful and super friendly. There were way more positives than negatives at this complex and I would certainly recommend it to anyone needing an apartment in the area. One secret you should know is that location in the complex matters. You should consider your potential lease building with the local pigeon population in the complex and avoid them if at all possible. If you get in a building with nesting pigeons, you may not have a great experience. They can’t do anything about them legally, but they are a serious nuisance. Other than thin walls (expected in an apartment), and heavy local traffic on Hwy 274, I literally can’t find anything else negative to say about Revere. Maintenance was excellent and since we took care of the apartment we had no trouble with our move out. We would definitely choose Revere again. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did."

"Noise policy doesn’t matter at this complex. You’ll hear kids and pets running around all day and night. If you can, get a suite at the very top. Or just find somewhere else. Management will not handle those issues and the tenants doing these things don’t care to control their household. I’ll post a YouTube video link soon."

"I have lived at the Revere for the last year and recently moved because I found a home that better suites my life. With the housing market booming, prices of apartments can always be a little shocking, I looked at a LOT of places before I selected the Revere. I can easily say that it was the best possible option for the price (remember water and power are not controlled by the complex). The apartment was clean and ready to go when I moved in. Finishes on the apartment weren't just your basic finishing and gave it more of a homey feel. My neighbors were all respectful and welcoming and the entire property was well kept. There are tons of kids that live in the area and makes it feel more like a neighborhood rather than just an apartment complex. The office has monthly events that also help you to get to know your neighbors! I did my tour with Rachel and from the moment I walked in the door, she was the most helpful leasing agent I have ever worked with. She answered questions timely and honestly, she was sweet and welcoming, and you can easily tell she cares about the residents of the neighborhood. The one concern I had with my apartment, she took it on like it was hers, and I cannot thank her enough for that. When looking at the Revere - make sure you reach out to her! The bottom line is that this is an apartment complex, things are not always perfect, neighbors can be noisy, bugs may pop up every now and an appliance may kick the bucket on you. But the leasing office here (office and maintenance) goes above and beyond in making sure you're taken care of. If you are looking for a housing option in Lake Wylie, I would recommend The Revere without hesitation."
