"Do not move here. Meer constant construction going on in every corner (after being told prior to signing lease that all construction would be done by June 2023), recurring times of construction in your home and balconies as there is always “preventative maintenance” being done complex wide, very carelessly built homes; did not have a working dryer the length of my lease (despite unit being replaced 3x, having “more” installation installed throughout home and vent maintenance); prorated rent only offered one month out of seven. Many other residents have been experiencing similar issues as well as sewage leaks etc. Maintenance crew is prompt and good people, leasing office does their job although dismisses severity of situations. By far the least peaceful and most problematic apartment complex to live in."

"Happy 2 years working here Belina. You are absolutely amazing you go over and bound your job. I come to you for everything that have nothing to do with your job. From day 1 moving here you have been a joy and that smile you always have is contagious. Your a hard worker and you seem to get everything done. I don’t know how but you do it. You made living here a joy I have no issues just complements thank you for being you. James the maintenance supervisor is fantastic. He also go above and beyond his job. His smile is warmer and he get his job done all the time. Gill is a sweetheart and funny and always working. Gill and belina made me feel at home from hello. Dakota he’s great with kids my son loves him and James. I couldn’t of lived in a better place. HAPPY 2 YEARS BELINA YOUR AMAZING FRIEDLY AND YOU GET YOUR JOB DONE AND MORE."

"Simply don’t waste your time nor energy with this place. The apartments are poorly built, issues arise daily. Not to mention that their leasing office agents are sneaky and will not be clear about ANYTHING with you! This place is trash!! The community itself is dirty, grills and pool are never clean. You’re lucky if the pool is ever open. Rates will constantly be raised on you without your knowledge. You pay $35 for valet trash, yet they barely ever pick it up. You are charged a pest fee, but we’ve never once seen pest control in the complex at all!"

"My wife and I specifically rented a top floor unit to not have to worry about flooding and yet each time we have heavy rain our entryway floods. This was mentioned to management within the first month and a half of move in and still nothing has been done to address it. Clearly the grading of the top floor has issues, water pools in front of our door instead of being sloped away. With the most recent rainfall we actually had water come into our apartment. Construction issues have been present since move in but this is by far the worst one. As you can see by the video of breezeway the roof design has a cut out that allows rain to come into the top floor. We now have a waterfall landing on the third floor from the roof. I hope this somehow can be fixed but I’m not betting on it. Unfortunately any pluses of this community have now been outweighed by the minuses. Aside from the flooding we have leaking from the bathroom vent, condensation build up from dryer/washer room, poor shower installation in guest bath, flooring issue, and balcony they have been attempting to fix for 2 months now."

"My boyfriend and I have been looking for an apartment for the past two weeks, so naturally, we have seen a lot of apartments, and met a lot of leasing consultants/agents… Dakota was our leasing consultant while we were viewing Ansley Park Apartments, and to be completely honest, he was the most genuine person we have had the pleasure of meeting during this stressful time. He was super helpful, and flexible, which is incredibly important to us, ESPECIALLY when you have a deadline to be moved-in on such short notice. We are so grateful for all the time/help Dakota was able to give us, and for showing us a very nice apartment. The community was very nice, clean, and calm, and could easily and quickly become a place for someone to call home…"
