"They are an unsavory group of car machanics.. some vehicle are presented in a way as though they were stolen from other states and broken down to parts in nyc.. this is a new way of car chopping. the city allows these vehicles to be transported under transport plates without direct info of the vehicle. never checking the VIN numbers on the vehicle. they leave vehicles on the street of their operation for months. with a total disregard to residents of the area.. THEY ARE A MENACE. most repairs are done with stoilen parts.. This is an FYI to consumers."
