Justin gets things done; fast, efficiently and in a manner benefiting a true professional. He is extremely courteous and takes the time to listen to you. Justin is known for personally delivering flowers to an tenant living here on her 80th birthday. This act of kindness is not limited to this one instance but is not uncommon. "I have lived here less than a year, but it already feels like home. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. We’ve had quite a bit of turnover with the office staff. However, I think now we’re on the right track with Justin and Caroline in charge. You certainly can’t beat the location! We are so close to the beach. Everything you could possibly need is within 5 to 10 minutes away (with many shops and restaurants within walking distance). I’d like to commend the maintenance team - Rusty and David. They have been great!! You can put in a work order, and they are there the same day or within 24 hours, always with a smile and friendly conversation. Pat also does a great job of keeping our parking lot available only for the tenants, their guests and patrons of the businesses that are on the property. I look forward to living here for many more years."
