"-5 Crooks! The cars shown on the website are not in the condition they appear. There are two prices on the vehicle A 10k difference! Asking about both prices and trying to understand the explaining is very confusing they act friendly and helpful. Beyond , this dealership plays games and is very confusing. I came in with money down, I never reviewed a bill of sale and breakdown after calling at least 10 times. The car value is 23k. A Honda civic SI, 36k miles. The two different window prices were 20k or 30k. Ended up at about 10 grand over the cars value (23k) even after a substantial amount of money put down They promise you all sort of warranties and an easy payoff. No penalty. Get your own bank wherever you go! Their financial company is Ally. I have a credit score of 772. The finance percent was high However, I took their word that I could make extra payments immediately and the payoff would decrease by paying more than the payment. Not true, Ally will not allow you to make more than your monthly payment If you do so, it gets sent back to you This is called upside down stradegy. I’m furious and also humiliated I choose to share knowing I’ve been taken for a lot of money and wanted to warn others if this dealership. Besides, the 3 year warranty I was told “ I can’t believe this, it’s never be done before ” when they come back with the monthly payment not mentioning how many years the loan was for . Also, I actually paid d for the warranty which has yet to be provided to me. “Check your email ”. No return calls. Hold times over 45 minutes The car has things wrong with it. They inspection said 9/25."

"Let me start off by saying these people are the worse. They just want to sell you a car so that they can make money without caring. When you first go in, they’ll try to make you as comfortable as they can to get to you. And ofcourse I feel for it. I pushed the car and was told the car had maintenance. The next day of me having the car, the oil light comes on. They told me to take it to their maintenance service. A few days later I took it. They supposedly changed the oil and on my way home, the car starts to shake in the middle of the highway and I hear a really disturbing sound. As dangerous as it was, I had to stop on the spiller while on rush hour with my daughter and tons of trucks zooming by. The dealership guy came and noticed they had forgotten to put the screws back on the cover at the bottom when they did the oil change. He drove it back and they put the screws back. Days later and no calls to check on the incident or nothing. I’ve called a couple of times because now I heard another sound in the car and I check and the whole from cover has a huge whole from being dragged that day. Called and finally got the sales person back on. He shrugged it off like nothing. Another thing, the car squeaks terribly when I hit the brakes. Called on that and no answer until today and again got shrugged off. It’s been a little over a month and still no registration Called numerous times nothing until today and all they could tell me. I’ll reach out to the person to check on status. I buy cars yearly from different dealerships and this has far been the worse experience."
