"As a resident in this property, it exhibits serious maintenance issues, particularly concerning leakages and lack of cleanliness. Despite informing the staff about the leaks in the room, no action was taken to address the problem. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and it felt the staff was unresponsive to the resident’s concerns. My hope is that the property takes these concerns seriously and undertakes necessary improvements."

"I am currently living in this apartments and there is no proper response to any issue from the management. AC in our apartment is nor working from last 4 months and still they haven't taken a proper action regarding this issue. It would be great if there is a proper maintenance team responding and solving all the issues within a week or 10 days."

"I currently live here and The new property manager Renee has been nothing short of amazing, she made moving in a breeze and has answering all my emails and questions day or night. When I moved in I had very few complaints, but they were fixed the next day by maintenance! I can tell they still have a way to go from the damage of the past management but they are making strives! My dog loves the dog park and it’s conveniently by my apartment and my only complaint would be trash lying around the property and the dumpster areas which is very fixable"

"I live there now. It is a beautiful apartment and I enjoy living there for the most part. Although, there is a lack of communication due to the understaffed maintenance and management office. The residents are okay but the rules are not enforced, for example the no smoking policy and the pet waste policy is barely enforced. It smells awful on the bottom floor of my building because someone keeps leaving their dog’s waste where people walk instead of picking it up! They don’t answer my calls because they are understaffed. I have run into a recurring issue with fees being charged to me saying I have never paid them even though I have. Barely any follow ups when I raise concern for things in the past, so much so that I have to keep calling or go in person to get something taken care of. I don’t blame the property manager at all; if I was that understaffed I understand the stress and the fact that one person can’t do it all. No. My concern is with the company. Hire more people who can do a good job and hire them people so they won’t feel so overwhelmed !"
