"Went to go look at an apartment. The lady (Gene) was super helpful and went over everything I could possibly think of to ask while I was there. Between the lovely looking apartments (some more furnished than others depending on the rental package you go with) and the friendly management (this is certainly not the standard nowadays) I ended up wanting to fill out an application I hadnt intended on filling out after walking away because this would be a great place to live, especially for students as it is right next door to the UNCW campus or anyone who works there as is my case."

"I don’t even know where to begin with the management of this apartment complex. In the past month, we’ve attempted to reach the office regarding leasing concerns and another issue regarding their towing service. My girlfriend and I have called, emailed, and stopped by the office numerous times with ZERO response. They won’t return our email that we sent 3 weeks ago, and despite going down to the office that is SUPPOSED to be open 8:30-5:30, it has been closed on four separate occasions DURING open hours. We’ve gone at 10, closed sign on the door. We tried 11:30, no one there. We tried 12:30 thinking maybe they took an early lunch? Nope. We tried 1:45, thinking they must be back from lunch by now! Wrong. The staff is so difficult and frustratingly unavailable that it makes living in this apartment complex feel like a total waste of time, effort, and money. If I can’t express concerns to a management office that I’m giving money to every single month, what’s the point of even having one in the first place? My frustration isn’t even that they’re never in the office, it’s the fact that they have hours written on the door, yet we’ve tried going on multiple occasions, all within a 4 hour time period, and each and every time the door is locked with no one inside . In addition to the lack of any concern with tenants issues, they wouldn’t even give us the common courtesy to respond to an email or give a call back. Absolutely fed up with this place and will 100% be moving to another complex when this lease term is up. The unprofessionalism and just complete lack of availability makes this apartment complex one of the worst I’ve stayed in."

"Going on my third year living here. It’s close enough to walk to campus, one of the most affordable options around UNCW, maintenance is fast, the property managers are wonderful, and the community is diverse since it’s not a complex specifically for students. There are families as well as students so it’s much quieter than the other complexes in the area. Lastly, each apartment gets a separate visitor’s pass which is great considering some other complexes have only visitors spots (which are almost impossible to get.) so you’re always guaranteed a parking spot for a guest. This place really is fantastic."
