Artesa Village Apartments

"This place says they offer apartments for low income applicants. I have a 71 year old friend that has been trying to get one for about a year. She is desperate and they are not helping her at all. They won’t even return her calls. Not easy to work with."

"If I could give zero stars I would stay far away if possible worst living experience ever from management making up random fees to constantly scam money out of tenants"

"Save your time and money, artesa is not the place to stay,the sight manager looks like she stays high and never knows anything, nor does she keep up with paperwork and sending things in to management. They don't like fixing things and will try to put you out for smallest things that don't even make sense. Management is just as rude and so unprofessional, they lies, and holds your money. I'm taking them to court as we speak for not giving my deposit back, I left there place very clear and no damage. They do not accept accountability for their wrongness and mistakes, they will put you out first before they admit to anything.if I could give them a zero I would, don't get me wrong the inside of the apartments are nice and roomie, except when I first got the place it was not cleaned, carpet was dirty, bathroom nasty, roaches everywhere, and they even left the filter from the stove in the sink with nasty water, it had done got molded from where it was in there so long. So I took videos and pictures of everything and did not move a box in until they had it all fixed.they are so inconsiderate, they don't care about none of the tenants all they want is money."

"The apartments is very nice and have alot of room . I haven't even been staying here a year and I can't get no update on anything I try to get fixed . I leave messages and notes and still no respond and it's been over 3 days . I have never been late I always pay my rent ahead or at least 2months ahead and still can't get good service with this new management. When Makenzie was manager she was on top of stuff ,now I can't even get a return call or update. The bathroom toilet has been messed up for over 3days and there only here Tuesday- Thursday. So now I'm have to wait again until next week to get ahold of someone. Well hopefully I do . Business hours are from 9am to 3pm Tuesday- Thursday but there always an hour late never here on time . I even called and told the lady my hours that I work and could she put a form in my mailbox and she told me if she doesn't forget. I mean shouldn't she write a note or put it in there as I was on the phone with her . She has told me this before . I also had then come look at my dishwasher and order a new part for the refrigerator they neve updated me or told me anything about it if it was fixed or not . It just sad no one can give u a update or at least pick up the phone and return my calls . So I give them a 1star , but the apartments is nice inside"
