"We picked this apartment primarily because of the garage space, and they accept short term leases, which was important since we are having a house built and won't be here a full year. We've been here a couple months now, and we have really enjoyed it. The neighborhood is kept very clean, maintenance is quick and friendly to get any issues taken care of, and the rest of the staff is very friendly as well. Reading through some of the other reviews, and we've not noticed any pet mess...people keep up after their own pets very well, and we rarely hear anything coming from the neighbor's apartment. We chose the 2 car garage 2 bedroom, and its a great floor plan with lots of storage. There are some really excellent restaurants in the area as well. This has been the perfect choice for us."

"I’ve lived here for three years. I love the location and the layout of the unit but there are issues. The appliances are low quality. Some dog owners don't pick up after their dogs. It’s a big problem. People speeding through neighborhood is also a problem. Not soundproof between units. The landscaping leaves a little to be desired. The rent increases over last two years were exorbitant!!"

"We lived in the apartments 1 year. During that year they decided without asking the residents to add internet to every unit for a set price. We had the specific internet we wanted and ended up paying more for the same service just because there was a unilateral decision by the owners. Slow to repair issues in the apartments. Office staff were always quick to share policies of the village and not very understanding of specific needs. It's a good place to stay if you need 6 months to a year. A little more pricey than others."

"We moved in the day after Christmas in 2018. We love the apartment, especially that the bedrooms are on opposite ends. The screened in porch on the back is nice and the 2 car garage is a plus too. Maintenance is quick to take care of any problems you have."

"I arrived in March 2019. Maintenance is friendly and on the job. Waiting period is awesome. The new staff, I'm not familiar with yet. A great place to call home for now. However, the walls are very thin. You feel, I mean literally feel your apartment vibrate and your fishes in your cabinets cling. It's a very loud BOOM! I'm aware that it's apartment living, but this is really irritating. Other than that, I love my screened in patio with the lake view and the separation of the 2 bedrooms. Very spacious and comfortable. Love the square footage. We have walking and bike trails, swimming pool, clubhouse and a fitness center. I'm loving it, except for the BOOM!"
