"Overall, the condo had clean sheets, towels, blankets, clean bathrooms and kitchen. Carpet was stained, in all rooms. Family room furniture was worn and not very comfortable. However, It was adequate for four men on a golfing vacation. Room availability was 4:00 PM, we arrived at 5:00 PM and room was being cleaned and not available until 5:30."
"The only thing negative I can say is the outside garbage was in the next building but that's minor. Everything was clean and working and I would come back in a heartbeat."
"The condo that we rent was discusting. The condo smell like cigarett, the carpet was dirty(it was not wash for à long time), the cabinet, the wall was almost black, my bed was full of hair (clearly not clean).. the cleaning of the unit was not done for a while. when I arrive i was late at night so I sleap for one night. then I call them saying the the condo was not clean and smell like cigarett and that I splu wanted to change condo. First they said no! then they said they had no other condo available and that we had to stay there. Then we found a other condo available for us. we ask them to simply change but still no. They told us yo rent a other condo and that they would refund the difference. What I did but they did not refund us the amont they told me. They keep 500$. Now I am trying to reach the manager/orner but he des not call me back. I rent at village at the geln for 12 years now and this was my last time. they don't care about their client. Since the golf close the service is not good."
"I would not rent through this company again. The carpet was disgusting; not only was it filthy and stained, it had a terrible smell. Nothing has been updated in the unit since being built. The first shower I took, I was standing in 3 inches of water, so my husband had to plunge the bath drain. The company that does the cleaning does not do a thorough job. There was hair different places in the bathroom and I could not tell if the tub had been washed, it felt slimy and looked dirty. Oh and the beds; one of them was comfortable the other 3 beds looked like they were on slanted planks. Thanks goodness there were mattress pad covers on the mattresses and clean bedding. Oh, and it sleeps 8 (4 double beds) and they provided 6 towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. Were we supposed to share towels, and cloths? There were 2 vacuum cleaners; one did nothing and the other probably blew out as much dust as it sucked in. We were there for a month; the neighbors were friendly and it is in a safe area. I am only giving a 1 star rating because it wouldn't let me give a zero rating."
"Location of this condo and the community is fantastic! It is directly across the parking lot from the pool and the dumpster is convenient for taking out the trash. The community is close to restaurants and a short drive to some of the beaches. Unfortunately, the actual condo was disappointing. We intentionally selected this condo for the vinyl flooring because we have a baby that would be crawling on the floor and we felt it would be cleaner than carpet. We could not have been more wrong! Her hands and knees were black after crawling across the floor (as were our feet). You could feel the dirt on your feet. There is a sign in the closet with the mop that says don't use chemicals on the floor, so I mopped the floor with water and the water was absolutely disgusting! I should not have to mop the floor of a condo I had been in for less than 1 hour. My 6 year old didn't want to take a shower because of how dirty it looked and the mildew that is on the shower knobs. There are cobwebs in the corners and large amount of dust under the beds & couches (yes, I was under the furniture looking for baby's toys). This unit has also not been updated in a very long time. I wouldn't have thought much of it except we saw the inside of another unit in the same building and it was so much nicer! There was nicer furniture, painted walls, and just cleaner and it was the same price as ours. Only a couple of the remote controls worked for the TVs and the remotes for one of the bedrooms were missing. We contacted the management company and they said they would come by that day to replace batteries and give us a remote for the ones missing from one of the bedrooms. They never showed up so we had to use the same remote for multiple TVs. I know this is not a major problem, but it just added to the disappointment of this condo."
