"Mike and the entire team at Castle Collison are AMAZING! I am a young women that had a tractor trailer back up into my car. I was clearly shaken by the accident. Once I got to castle collison I was welcomed with open arms. Everyone was very nice and understanding. They explained how the ENTIRE process was going to work and what my next steps were. Which was amazing since I don’t know much about cars. They even set up a ride for me to be driven to go get a rental car that I’ll be using for a few weeks. They had my car apart in hours and less than a week later had an estimate drawn up with the help of my insurance company. I have been in constant contact and they have filled me in every step throughout this entire process. I do appreciate the honesty of everyone and do not feel in the slightest I am being taken advantage of being a young women. I would recommend this company to everyone and anyone who is in of an HONEST collison center. Thank y’all so much!!"

Dave explained in great detail the work that had to be done, from replacing the rear quarter panel to matching and blending in the pearl white paint. He and his team worked closely with the other driver’s insurance company ensuring nothing would be overlooked and kept us updated on the progress of repairs.
