"Absolutely horrible customer service. I literally called to ask if they would install a turbo back exhaust kit. After confirming with them there was not catalytic converter which is factory not there. The man very nervously hung up on me. Definitely would not do business with a business that can be that rude and not even give me the time of day."

He gets totally irate if you dare question his below average welding. I would not recommend this place on old country rd. Westbury unless you are ready for a true headache. Good luck."

"I got my exhaust serviced at American Muffler. The service was done quick. However, i just needed 2 flanges welded together on my exhaust. They cut the exhaust and welded it into one piece. Making any future repairs impossible."
