"My time here has been alright overall. A lot of the amenities are rarely actually available but are enjoyable when useable. I spoke to an employee twice now about not resigning but still received multiple emailed offers every other week. I’ve also not been informed about inspections twice and had employees enter my bedroom without prior warning including once when I was in bed. I did speak with someone the first time this occurred to confirm they had my correct email and they did so she apologized just for it to happen again a few months later."

"Amazing place, feeling safe and great space management in the apartment. The elevator are always working, the front desk is always happy to help us and the outside area at the pool is really cute!"

"THIS PLACE IS AWFUL, DO NOT LIVE HERE! The complex is gross, and people who do not live there constantly party and dj at the pool. I was stuck with the worst roommates you could ask for and explained my situation to uncommon, but they couldn't care less. I was forced to pay 200 for damages I did not do including trash that my roommate did not throw out. They did not even try to make an accommodation, which is a shame. Go live at Progress or find a house off campus, this place is a waste."

"Apartment complex has no management , please watch out for over charging especially with the renters insurance. This has been happening since they switched management companies. Our sons car was broken into 2 times in one week as well as other vehicles. There was also a stabbing the next weekend in the parking lot. This happened in May 2023."
