"the most incompetent, unprofessional, disrespectful, and unresponsive property management i have ever dealt with. a rotating staff that never introduce themselves to the residents, there is no real contact information listed other than the phone that nobody answers. ridiculous rent prices with fees for pest control who never show up. they dont give regular treatments to keep the roaches out and they dont respond to requests. “amenities” are the pool and the laundry room, the washing machines and dryers are out of order half the time and the pool is disgusting. dont waste your time applying. im living in a constant hell."

"The new management team is amazing! They are very efficient and helpful! Everyone in the office is friendly and they don't just treat you like another resident but as a close community and friends! Any time you have a need or concern to be addressed, they handle it promptly and as they would if it was their own personal situation or family! I always feel very welcome anytime I walk into the office or see them around the clean complex, very professional and kind! I'm very happy to see this fabulous change for the better! Great job on the hard work and dedication!"

"I wanted to update my review from a year ago with more good news. We have a whole new team here, and they truly care about this community. Caleb has taken the helm and brought a great crew in. I see them all working on updating and improving our place. Dustin (so nice, prompt, and knowledgeable) fixed an A/C issue and my air hasn’t been this nice and cool in quite awhile. Jimmy is friendly and helpful also. You can tell they truly care, it really shows. Caleb will roll his sleeves up and be outside in the heat working and making improvements, and it’s so wonderful to see his commitment and compassion for the residents. I haven’t met the new leasing agent yet, but I hear she is wonderful. My kids and I feel so safe and love our apt. The pool is always beautiful, clean and so are the grounds and dog park. Love the new pool furniture. This complex is so close to everything! So thrilled about where we live. Been here almost 2.5 years and plan on staying. Thank you Caleb and team!"

"Complex recently had a change of staff and the Improvements have been significant! They have been super friendly and knowledgeable. Had issues with our appliances and they replaced them in a timely manner and communicated with us through the whole process."

"If I could give lower than one star, I would. We scheduled an appointment through the website for a tour of an apartment. The website indicated that there was availability. However, when we walked into the leasing office, the manager didn’t even acknowledge us at all. When he finally decided that he had to speak with us, I shared that we had an appointment for 2:00. He immediately started talking over us telling us that he has nothing available and that he is trying to clean up a mess in the office. He apparently didn’t believe we had an appointment and pulled up the list of appointments he showed. I stayed that we scheduled the appointment and would just like to see an apartment. I shared that we drove 2 hours for this appointment. He was incredibly rude and demeaning to us and even if we could get an apartment there, we would not. He was so rude and I hope that he is put in check with his attitude and behavior towards possible tenants. Look elsewhere for an apartment"
