Stephanie was more than accommodating with us over the phone and helped us choose the best apartment that suits our family with the help of family locally prior to our. Stephanie answered any and all questions and went above and beyond to help us. We had a maintenance issue the first day, and it was fixed the same day. The area is quiet and peaceful!"
"THEY BREAK THE LAW !!! They do not abide by the fair housing act, nor do they do the absolute bare minimum of their jobs and check for anything until after they’ve strung you along and gotten as much money as possible out of you. Do not live here!!! The girl in charge is very unkind, to the point she hung up on me and blocked my number when I had complaints. It has gotten to the point I’ve reported them to the BBB and am considering small claims court. This place sucks, and I very highly suggest not renting from here (if the bugs didn’t steer you away before, the rats managing the place absolutely should)"
"Darren, the maintenance guy, corrected and fixed my master bedroom toilet to flush properly and did it in a timely manner. I sure do appreciate it. Thank you. He's a good person to have on the Maintenance Team. :)"

"Love Abbotts Run. The maintenance staff is outstanding. DeAndre came today to fix our blinds: what a capable and polite young man. Now that I've lived here six months, I have to add some details. The office staff is polite and helpful and so patient. Every concern is addressed. Each month I've seen efforts put forth to improve the complex. It's been painted, and so much effort is put into maintaining clean, beautiful grounds. The grilling pavilion is upscale with fans and lights and TVs and sofas. Maintenance showed up Christmas morning to help a family's plumbing problem. I feel safe, and a device checks the complex at night."
