"I first met Norman when new to Garden City and in need of a driver on a regular basis due to health issues! Norman and Gilbert provided me with exemplary, reliable service throughout this time going way above and beyond the usual car service experience! Gilbert picked me up every weekday morning, without fail, to get me to the train station on time for my morning commute into NYC and would then pick me up every evening at the train station to get me safely home! If I needed to stop at the market first, Gilbert would take me and wait while I shopped and then take me home. You see, I was in line for a double hip replacement surgery that was not going to happen for several months so during that time, I was moving very slowly and also very vulnerable. Norman and Gilbert were very aware of that fact and were so kind and helpful, there truly are no words to describe their level of care! I honestly could go on and on about how great Norman’s car service is but why not give them a call and learn for yourself! Norman, next time I’m in NYC, I will definitely call you for a ride! "Absolutely amazing company. We used Pen limo for the Marine Corps ball and Mr. Smith picked us up himself and was even early. Mr. Smith made friends with everyone and treated everyone as if we were his own family. The limo was clean and extremely comfortable. We made it to the city right on time.
