"Walked in, was not greeted. The 3-4 females just kept talking to each other. I looked back, and one looked at me. 2 couples walked in after me, still wasn't asked if I needed help. Yet 1 female approached them and asked if they needed help or wanted to try on a shoe. Horrible customer service from all 3-4 females and the 1 guy that was there. Won't be back. Won't recommend."

"I had the pleasure of randomly walking in and having the best experience ever!!!! Malik was super dope!! I had no expectations since I know my husband's size 13 is hard to come by. I simply asked the sales person "do you have any size 13's?" Walla, like magic he disappeared in the back and returned with options. He gave me his undivided attention, listened to my requests and explained the pros/cons of each shoe!!! Please know that Malik is a value add to your business and bottom line.."

"First time to visit, around 12:30 Sunday, June 24th. Music way too loud. The sales person, a young man, mumbled so much that my husband and I had to say, "What?" numerous times just to try to understand him. We left empty handed because we felt he wasn't interested in selling us shoes. He kept referring us to Dick's Sporting Goods across from the mall. We got fed up with trying to find something here that we left and took his advice. We went to Dick's where they were happy to accept our money. Maybe this young man should work for them rather than The Athlete's Foot.--I'm just saying....."
