"Called and was quoted a price but when I called back to book they upped the price by more than $60 each way. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that he would call to follow up and he never did. Unprofessional and rude I went with another company."

"Wow- really I didn't think it was possible to have a 2 star Yelp.. now I know it is. This clown show- is a scam. Owner needs a lesson in how to run a business, in empathy and in customer service- Driver shows up in a OLD vehicle on a day that's 100 degrees- I ask him nicely for AC- he gets annoyed- blasts the radio all the way to LGA from Massapequa- and there is no station just static- I complain to the company their response- cancel my return- YEP- OK.. Bye idiots- you get what you deserve and by looking at their reviews and their aging fleet- soon to be out of business.."
