"Ridiculous here! Customer service non-existent(even rude with there response)nor the inclination retain customers. I have been in customer service, hospitality industry for 30+ years at an executive level and I am floored how poorly this location is operated. This is now the 3rd time I have tried to get inspection and oil change to no avail. Each time I get a different reason for no inspections being done. First, no tech to do it, 2nd machine not working, but I only needed a safety inspection for a 25+ year old vehicle, then I get oh yeah no one here. 3rd I call and say they’re waiting on new machine. I didn’t even ask about just the safety part. Thankfully this time I called and didn’t waste my time. So your competitor got my synthetic oil change, wiper replacement and inspection. Steer clear or this location"
