Jiffy Lube

"My husband and I came here about 20 minutes ago to do an inspection for the car. We arrived from the back but it looked like they were completely closed- couldn’t see anyone inside (see through shop and it was around 4pm when it shows they close at 6). So I turned around and exited from the side of the building. One of the guys from the shop (middle eastern/hispanic slim guy with a beard) comes out of the shop and starts yelling at us saying they’re open and can do an oil change in a hostile way. My husband explains to him that we are not here for an oil change, we’re here for an inspection. The worker proceeds to AGAIN yell at us aggressively that all they do is oil changes. My husband again says yes I understand but we’re not here for an oil change, we’re here for inspection. The guy continues yelling and then states how they don’t have inspection stickers. This has been the WORST experience with this location. We’ve been here before for oil changes and we’ve never had any issues with any of the employees here or with service. The other guys here have been awesome during our last visits. After this incident we will never come back and continue going to the Floral Park location because at least their employees are PROFESSIONAL when it comes down to customer service. This man either clearly has no concept of customer service or he’s clearly on some type of drugs because of the way he was interacting with us (I wish you were able to see his face throughout the whole interaction). My husband was so aggravated, we ended pulling over a few blocks ahead and called the shop to speak to a manager regarding the matter because of how rude that man was. If the man couldn’t hear my husbands response, than fine, but it’s the TONE of HOW you speak to people (he was by the door of the shop the whole time while we were about to pull out from their lot). All the man had to say was “I’m sorry but we unfortunately don’t have the stickers for the inspection. If you want to call back the shop later this week to see if we have it, you can do that”. Needless to say, if you want someone to treat you as a human with respect when you’re paying for a service, this is NOT the place. Other Jiffy Lube locations have better service than this location. At least you won’t be treated like this. We only came here since it was on the way of getting home and they were open later than FP. If you’re going to keep continuing having your employees treating YOUR customers like this, you probably won’t have too much business for long."

"Not sure what happened to this place, i have been coming in here for since 2018. Staff changed for sure so as Service. Came in for inspection told me to wait. So, i wait behind car on the line, i wait for 1.5 hours. Then when my turn cane to pull up to get inspection. They tell me oh there are someone before you. From, no where they bring another car and let me pull back out and wait another additional 30 mins before i can pull my car and get inspection."

"Nick, Ty and Miguel provided me great service! They were informative and completed the work on my car quickly. I also came back for another oil change. Master & Javier continued to provide me excellent service!"

"Pretty quick and squeezed me in. Up sold more changes to my car and paid more than I wanted. Didn’t reset the electronic reminder inside the car so I had to figure that out myself. Paid a little more than I expected for oil (over $100). But inspection was only $10."
