"I go here to buy Spacers for my 2019 Honda Crv today 11:00Am 12/5/23 THIS MAN HAS NO RESPECT NONE I hand this man my card in his hand for payment and he has the audacity to throw my card on his counter in return instead of properly handing it to me.. I tell him bout that and he tells me “Oh i got things to do” lol do not go here customer service sucks and this is not my first interaction here this the one that took the cake"

"This is the place to go for any type of tire repair or any wheels, hubcaps parts or accessories for your cars wheels. The owner, Al, is ever present and there to help. He has been in business for many years and is extremely reliable. They will only do top level repairs on your tires, bo plugs. If it is repairable he insists on taking the tire off and properly patching it from the inside, I went there for the first time a few months ago and he gave me an amazing price on removing curb rash from my Tesla wheels. I just dropped off another car for flat repair. He is very honest and his prices are really fair. I recommend Al’s hubcaps completely."

"I originally called Al's to get a price to refinish four wheels on an older BMW with 20 years' worth of curb-burn and other nastiness. My wheels had an unusual factory primer, which makes them an expensive pain to deal with, but I wanted to keep the original equipment if possible. Before I called, I wasn't expecting to hire them because of the low Google rating and incongruous name. But the estimate was reasonable, and I was impressed by how much the guy on the phone (who I soon learned ran the place) knew. I think it's good when the boss is in charge of operations, so I took a chance, and they got it done quickly and on price, with excellent quality. A couple of weeks later, I needed a mechanic to replace a coil, and since I'm new to the area, I called Al's to get a referral. He sent me to a local guy (Kevin at K's Auto) with 40 years' experience who ran an excellent shop and--again--did the work quickly, for a reasonable price. All of this made me wonder about the low rating so much that today--a month later--I went back and read the negative reviews more carefully. Most can be summarized as: "Al is grumpy." That may accurately reflect those customers' experiences, but it misses the big picture. Al is not the product of a McDonald's "may I take your order?" training program. He is blunt, and he's not shy about trying to get things done promptly. But if you ask questions, Al answers them carefully and completely. He's honest, he doesn't try to sell additional work or invent surcharges, and he does what he says he'll do. And he has something you won't find at Jiffy Wheels, etc.--the shop is his baby, in a way that becomes apparent the more you look around and see how carefully he's organized everything, with dozens (hundreds?) of hand-written signs meant to keep it all in order. The automotive equivalent of gruff high school coach who puts 80 hours a week into his players, if you will. I'm not going to need another wheel refinishing for another 20 years (hopefully), and I'll probably never see or speak to Al again. But I know that bad reviews can harm a good business, and it meant enough to me to leave this unusually detailed review, because I think this unique little shop has been repeatedly misunderstood."

"Al is awesome. Expert at getting your wheels and rims fixed. Very knowledgeable and will do a great job for you whether your wheel is broken, bent, scratched etc. If he can’t do it, you’ll need to buy a new one. I will not go to anyone else. Look at my before and after pics of my scratched rim."
