"Amateur hour - irons said standard, the ones that showed up were 3 degrees flat. Returned and decided on different set. They didn’t have the decency to expedite shipping on their mistake. They use FedEx Smartpost which is a well known disaster. Raleigh to Charlotte took 10 days. These guys can do better."
"I ordered a driver on line. The pic of driver had a price but when I checked out it had a different price. Then there was a sustainability line. I called and spoke to a very unpleasant customer service rep. Why the different prices and what is a sustainability tax? He told me to go the website and it is explained there. I have not received my club yet, but as soon as I do it will be returned. I have the return label ready. This company has lost a customer not because of the quality of the product but because of poor customer service."
"My 18 year old son bought a Callaway Rogue ST Max Driver from Global Golf around Christmas of 2022. He bought it Certified Pre-Owned which came with a 12 month warranty on it. The shaft broke during one of his rounds last month. They would not warranty the club because they said the break was more than 6 inches above the hosel. We sent a picture of the clubhead next to a ruler clearly showing it was in fact less that 6 inches above hosel. They denied it once again. Luckily for us a local golf club fitting store in Goldsboro, NC, First Tee Golf Shop offered to call Callaway for us and low and behold Callaway warrantied a full shaft replacement and covered the cost of having it reshafted. Global Golf has lost two regular customers as a result and First Tee Golf Shop has gained two customers. Order ID is 2M5F4664!!"
