"Warning! If you’re reading this its probably too late. After an unfortunate accident I was convinced by a tow truck driver(which we later found out partially owns the shop) to bring my car to this shop. After my car had been towed I came here to read some nightmare reviews, and decided I wanted to pull my car out. The owner made this process difficult, adding charges, and fees amounting over $2,000. MY CAR WASN’T EVEN THERE FOR A WEEK. I tried to reason with him about these absurd charges(gate fee?, yard fee?, office labor? etc.). However, after he threatened to return my car to me “in pieces”, I had no choice but to drain my bank account, in order to appease him, as I didn’t trust what he might do to my car if I left it another day. To make matters worse, once I had my car back in my possession I discovered ADDITIONAL damage to the paint, and body. I’m an overnight healthcare worker, and I depend on the reliability of my car heavily. At the point when I first dropped the car off, I was only informed of a daily storage fee(reasonable). Even a small fee for speaking with the insurance adjuster would have been understandable, but this shop completely took advantage of me, in a very vulnerable situation. My only hope is that I might spare someone else from the money grabbing shop owner, and the conman tow truck driver."
