"Had a small accident and the vehicle was not expected to be completed before the holidays, my insurance tried to tell me bring the car elsewhere but I was recommended to this shop because it was near my home by a neighbor, It was my choice to have the car repaired where i wanted it done and not by my insurance company. They paid this shop direct to repair my car and all the damage that was present from the collision. (I paid a small deductible) Having NO RENTAL COVERAGE my expectations were to use public transportation till next year. (My mistake for not checking) luckily the ownership of this business was able to get my repairs completed before Christmas returning my car back to me almost 9 days in advance. (WOW) The owner said this doesn’t usually happen, we had the ability to obtain the parts order early and move the car ahead of schedule because of the situation with no car to travel.
