"Great for reservations as long as it's not for very early morning pick ups or calls. Other times VERY unprofessional. You cannot get anyone on the phone at least between 5 and 7am. Sometimes they pick up the phone and say nothing then hang up. I would NOT consider them as a 24 hour service."

"Just had the rudest driver ever in history and this is out of all of he car services I’ve dealt with. I won’t even share how I had to call 2 additional times to find out where my car was. To top it all off the driver just pulls up and makes NO ANNOUNCEMENT that he is with car service. I approached him to say which car service are you with. NO ANSWER Mind you right after he pulled up he popped the trunk. As he stayed parked playing on his phone. I asked him again which car service. With the nastiest of attitudes he responds “Nu Nu”. I proceeded to pack my own groceries in the trunk. As the driver did NOT get out of the car or lift his head from his phone. I get to my destination and the same treatment He popped the trunk and no effort to get out of the car and no assistance to help with unloading my groceries. I have never experienced anything like that ever. NEVER AGAIN !! YOU DESERVE NO STARS AT ALL !!"
