"Needs a facelift. Abandoned trailers throughout the park are unsightly. I live here and the neighbors are friendly and pretty much keep to themselves except some on Friday nights and Saturdays play loud music that can be heard inside my mobile home but it's usually quiet by 11pm. It's almost impossible to find apartments in this town and the rents here as reasonable as any other. No bargain but affordable."
"I've lived here for over 2 yrs. It's a nice place to live but the lot rent is over$500/month. The HIGH rent is the only downside. My opinion"
