"I came to this shop to fix the clicking sounds in the suspension of my car, the mechanic made a list of parts to order, when the parts arrived, two parts were not needed, and they said that I still need to order other parts, after installing all the parts, the clicking sounds became less but they are still there. At the end of the job, I was left with two unnecessary parts, and clicking sounds in the suspension. I don't recommend this place"

"Great experience! While visiting family in Far Rockaway I had a leaky tire and one of the headlights not working. Saturday was only day I could do it and many auto shops in the area were closed. Tikal's were open and turned out to be very nice. They already had cars inside their two bays so they worked on mine outside. And it was a cold and rainy day! I stayed inside my car and seems like everything was fixed very fast."
