"I regret to say that my experience with the South Shore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service department has been disappointing. Despite being promised certain conveniences, such as free yearly inspections and access to rental cars during service appointments, the reality fell far short of expectations. Over the two years of owning my Jeep Wrangler, I encountered numerous issues with scheduling inspections. The first year, I was told they were waiting on stickers, and the second year, I was informed that the new owners didn't have the necessary equipment for inspections. This inconsistency is frustrating and reflects poorly on the dealership's reliability. Additionally, my initial service appointment was marred by the unavailability of loaner cars. When I returned for a follow-up service due to unresolved issues, I was once again told there were no loaners available. Only after expressing my frustration did a loaner miraculously become available. Communication with the service department is another significant problem. It's incredibly frustrating to have to call repeatedly, sometimes for hours or even days, just to get a response. This lack of responsiveness is unacceptable and makes the entire experience even more frustrating. Unfortunately, based on my experiences, I cannot recommend South Shore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for future purchases or service needs. The promises made during the purchase process have not been upheld, and the overall customer service experience has been subpar."

"Very dishonest staff and rude!! I have used this place for my truck’s services but this time I realized the service was not done (tire rotation) as I realized the next day. My new truck is able to show which tires is where and the air on it. This never changed and I restarted the car several times and drove a few miles but it never changed. So I took it back to have them rotated and the staff was rude and said it was done. They assumed I would not notice. I asked for a refund and apparently they don’t do refunds, even for the services that wasn’t done. They have zero integrity. They finally made me wait and did the rotation. These people will charge you a lot of money and still not complete the services that some people may not check. I am very disappointed and will never go back again. Please guys, be aware of these frauds!! I wouldn’t even give them one star!!"

"❗️❗️❗️STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST AND SHADY PLACE❗️❗️❗️ My dad took his car there for repairs because he was having some problems with his transmission. First off they charged $250 for a “diagnosis” We left the car, and heard back from them a couple hours later. They called and told us that the problem was with the car’s transmission, which of course, we already knew. They said the car needed a new transmission. They originally quoted us $11,000 for parts and labor. Soon after, they called again to tell us that they’d made a mistake and quoted us $6,000 for the whole thing. Of course, my dad is not Ann idiot and knew something was up. We took the car back and decided to take it to our local mechanic’s shop. Few hours later, the Mechanic called us back and said the car was ready for pick up! When my dad asked how much money he owed for the job, the mechanic told us we owed NOTHING!!! ZERO DOLLARS! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! He explained that there was nothing wrong with the transmission other than a loose wire that got disconnected. All he did was wire it back and car was back to driving normally. South Shore Chrysler tried to cheat us out of our hard earn money, when they knew after their so called “diagnosis “ there was nothing wrong with the car! ❗️❗️❗️STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST AND SHADY PLACE!!!❗️❗️❗️"

"Absolutely, hands-down the absolute best Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram Dealership Service center in the area! I had problems with 2 different CDJR dealerships and finally came here to South Shore. My service adviser (Bree) was friendly, attentive to my questions and concerns, and was in constant communication with me about the status of my vehicle. I'm never going to any other dealership for service. I'm making the 1 hour trip... it's worth it."
