I was initially quoted 5 days max for repairs however, that turned into a month (Not reliance staff fault) huge shoutout to chris such a professional young man that went above and beyond to keep me updated literally everyday on the progress. "I have nothing but good to say about Reliance. Absolute professionalism from the quote to the final result. Living in NYC, you’re bound to get a few scratches here and there, especially if you do not have a private driveway. My car had a ton of scratches from other cars, garbage can swipes, as well as personal mistakes. I reached out to a couple of auto shops on Yelp for quotes and received ridiculous numbers. Then I found Reliance. I requested a quote, uploaded a few pictures, and Reliance got back to me super fast! I received a fair and affordable quote. I had a couple more concerns about the car, and the owner, Jonathan, gave me his number, and the transition from Yelp to messaging was seamless. He responds right away. I ended up requesting for my car to be picked up and brought to the shop. Joseph, the driver, came to pick up my car. He arrived promptly at our scheduled time. It is perfect for people who dislike waiting around and guessing when the driver will come. When they say they’ll be there at 2 pm, they will be there at 2 pm. Once my car arrived at the shop, Jonathan gave me a call and assessed the problem areas I had inquired about - to provide an accurate quote this time. I had a lot of scratches and knew it was going to be costly. Jonathan was able to work with my given budget. Love that! I didn’t have to put a deposit down for them to begin working on the car. Whether you have to pay a deposit or not, I don’t know. It may depend on the size of your repair. I had a lot of questions, and he patiently answered all of them. From that conversation, I knew my car was in good hands. A couple of days later, Joseph dropped off my car. I inspected my car and was highly impressed with the work. After checking, I paid what I owed. Reliance accepts cash, Zelle, credit, and debit (taxes may apply for credit and debit). If anything else happens to my car, I’ll be returning to Reliance for repairs! TLDR: Communication: 5 Stars Price: 5 Stars Will I use them again? Absolutely. Use Reliance. You’ll not be disappointed."

"If I could give1000 stars..... I would! The service was beyond exceptional. Not only did they do an amazing job, they are so trustworthy, HONEST ( which is extreme hard to come by especially in this business) and they go out of their way to help you. They actually charged me less then they quoted me. They are super reasonable and do superior work. I think this may be one of my best experiences with a business EVER! "I don’t right reviews that often but I have to say that Jonathan, and his team at Reliance Auto Works did a fantastic job on restoring my car! I had the problem for about a year when tree sap dripped on it and dried in the summer and started pealing off my clear coat from that one little circle to most of my panel, I called or went to a dozen different places they wanted to much or they wanted me to bring my car to them when I can just send them a picture and you can clearly see what the problem is instead of me driving all the way over there and wasting my time(Like many did), I didn’t have to go through that with Jonathan, he was very friendly and professional great experience see before and after photos I definitely recommend!! Nice to deal with a honest mechanic for once!"
