"The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Like many people here, I had a voucher from American Airlines due to a canceled flight. The first thing I want to say is that the drivers were nice and professional, and I want that to be clear because they had no fault in the horrible experience. The horrible experience came when calling late at night after a long day of having my flight canceled multiple times and being given a voucher to stay overnight at a hotel. We were told to the call the company to request a pick up time. The lady who answered, named Kim, cut me off and hung up on me when I tried to ask how long it would take to get to the airport from where I was, with attitude telling me to call back when I knew what time to be picked up. When I called back and explained that I’m in a new city and therefore don’t know how long the taxi would take she again cut me off and said to me “Ma’am I don’t have time for this” and began to argue with me over the phone, refusing to tell me her name, and being incredibly rude, raising her voice at me. She said she was dealing with ten canceled flights and was the only one there when I asked to speak to someone else. We also told her that we were traveling with seven luggages and were sent a small car, meaning we had to hold some luggage on our laps on the ride to the airport. I see some replies from the company making excuses for the behavior of the person in customer service. Let me be incredibly clear, I can understand being overwhelmed and dealing with many things at work, but it takes zero time and zero dollars to be kind and respectful, to have any sort of decency, and the person on the phone had absolutely none. She yelled, got angry with me, and did not even show me basic human respect, when I was also in an overwhelming situation, with my flight having been canceled, in an unfamiliar situation and city, missing work the next day, and dealing with the stress from having to rearrange plans. I never leave reviews for places and I felt compelled to do so from the absolute anger and disrespect I felt. I fully plan to call American Airlines to complain about the horrible service I received from a partner of theirs."
"Worst car service experience ever. I don’t even call private car services but had to because my flight got cancelled and American Airlines offered to comp my ride home and back to airport. They partner with this company. The woman on the phone is extremely rude and understates how far the car is. Example 1: on the car getting back home, I was quoted 20 min but it wasn’t until 35 min that the car came. I called after the 20 min mark to ask where the car was and the woman said it would be right there in 2 min. I told her I’ll call back in a few min if it’s not there and she ends the call saying “wowww” in the most obnoxious way possible. How about “sounds good” instead? Example 2: I had prebooked the pickup ride to the airport the following day for 4:15 pm pick up. An hr before the pickup, the same woman called asking if I can get picked up now because the driver was already nearby. I told her no because I’m not home yet but confirmed 4:15 pm. Fast forward and it’s 4:25pm. I call the company and the same woman picks up, stating that the driver isn’t coming. I asked why? And she rudely tells me “he can’t get to your apartment, the street is blocked off and he’s been trying for an hr to get to you”, raising her voice as she explains. I offered to walk to the driver and she kept refusing, saying I’d have to walk at least 20 blocks to where cars can get access. She then says “go get an Uber” and when I asked her again “can you tell me which street he can access?”, she gets irritated and says he was able to pick me up an hr earlier at my home but I refused. I asked her how he was able to get access to my home 1 hr ago if all the streets were blocked for miles and she refuses to answer. When I asked for her name she said “i don’t need to give you my name”. I then ordered an Uber and the driver came within 2 min in front of my door. No blockages, nothing. The woman who runs customer service is atrocious and should be fired. Obviously she was trying to blame me when she hadn’t managed cab schedule/location to plan, and then tried making up excuses for why the time I booked didn’t work."
"Worst experience ever. Totally rude, careless, and unprofessional. I cannot make that clear enough. Do not do business with this company. Had a car scheduled for one time, tried to call to reschedule because we had a change in flight time, no one picked up the phone for over an hour. The car arrived and I explained the situation to the driver. I called back to dispatch and finally got ahold of someone to reschedule who said my voucher was void because I didn’t call to reschedule when I did. The call ended with her yelling at the top of her lungs. Again, worst experience ever. I would give zero stars if that were possible."
"Rude lady dispatcher by the name of Sandy. Literally screamed on the phone. The owner knows this very well but doesn't seem to care. Anyone who states this is go on to be told by the owner that our staff is courteous and we have phone recordings which is a complete lie. I mentioned her name as well and there is no action taken. There are multiple negative reviews about her attitude. Guys please make sure you review the right Skyway Car Service. A lot of people who review this Skyway Car Service Express also give a bad review for the one on Union Tpke. That Skyway Car Service is not affiliated in anyway with this location and do not work with American Airlines. The other Skyway Car Service is 20 times better than this location hence why they have a better rating as well. Your business always responds saying you have a good staff and that you listen to recordings however multiple people still mentioned in your reviews the dispatcher’s rude behavior. We can’t all be making a false claim. Stop trying to cover up your mistake and own up. I’m going to sue for harassment."
"Its my first time in NY and was requested to take a Skyway car service taxi. My call this morning to schedule a call through a call Centre was the worst experience I could witness. having a Kenyan number , I could not call from Rockville Centre hotel. I witnessed the rude exchange of my relative who was polite asking for a schedule of taxi with a customer experience agent. She disconnected the call twice from the other end. I will never use this service . I guess the response will definitely anticipatively be " BAD CONNECTION" . I have persuaded my contact not to post and upload it because it will kill the business. How can you label a customer that " Obviously the customer does not speak English "**How does she know.**" You are not Customer I am not supposed to speak to you" . Gosh"
